Our Comprehensive range of services encompasses everything from initial planning to install.  We work alongside your contractor to provide design and project management services throughout the entire project from beginning to end. We have a system in place to navigate through any project seamlessly.  We handle every detail starting with spaceplanning and architectural detailing, finish and fixture selections, construction documentation, As well as fabric and furniture selections.  We can also provide detailed elevations and 3d drawings (where applicable).

This service is for someone looking to furnish and accessorize one room or several and can be paired with remodel or new construction project. Our Furniture, accessory and art selection service can help transform your space and make it feel like home.  We source directly from top vendors and handle all aspects of the ordering, delivery, setup and installation for every project.  

Our Design Process

    • We start with a free 15 min phone consultation.  This is a 20 min high level conversation about what you are looking for help with, timeline, budget and how we can work together.

    • If we come to agreement to move forward, we will email you a design questionnaire and schedule an onsite meeting that will last approx. 1 hour. 

    • At this time, we will review your plans, or inspiration boards, go over questionnaire and walk your project together to get all the information we need to create a detailed scope of work. 

    • Scope of work is presented; fees are discussed with a breakdown of payment timeline taking in consideration design expectations and deliverables. 

    • Once reviewed and approved we will collect an initial deposit that will be billed against your project fee and have you sign our design agreement to secure a start date.

    • We will start by taking measurements and photos to document the existing space and layout. We then start pulling together the first round of design. 

    • You will be presented with a proposed preliminary layout (per room) including finish selections, fabrics, and any additional drawings or pictures that convey design intent. 

    • Once we have an approved concept it is shared with your contractor or coordinating tradespeople to find out what it will cost to move forward with the approved design plan. 

    • We take the final approved designs and create detailed floor plans, elevations and renderings for your contractor to get started on your job. 

    • Finalize furniture, fixtures, finishes and materials and collect payment to start ordering.

  • We manage your job from start to finish to make sure everything is on track.

    • Once payment is received, we start placing orders for the fixtures, finishes and furniture (if part of project scope) to make sure everything is on the jobsite and ready to go for the contractor. Furniture is installed by JRID at the end of construction.

    • We manage all shipping, delivery and freight so you don’t have to. 

    • We do several job walks during construction to review plumbing, electrical and tile layouts or any special design details that the contractor may have questions on to make sure everything is executed as planned. No changes to design are made unless discussed and approved by designer and client first. 

    • Oversee deliveries and installations according to a detailed design plan to ensure a seamless install.

    • Style each space with accessories, art and finishing touches.

    • We walk you through your new completed space-ready to enjoy, relax and feel at home
